Operation ÖSTERREICH

Weekly Wednesday Weigh-in
Thursday, 29 March: 330.4 lbs. (Wayback Machine)
Wednesday, 4 April: 334.8 lbs.
Wednesday, 11 April: 334.8 lbs.
Wednesday, 18 April: 333.8 lbs.
Wednesday, 25 April: 335.6 lbs.
Wednesday, 2 May: ?

Wednesday, 9 May: 336.0 lbs.
Cumulative: +5.6 lbs.

During Lent, the six weeks from 14 February through 29 March, I lost nine & one-fifth pounds (-9.2 lbs., from 339.6 to 330.4 lbs.). During Easter (so far), the six weeks from 29 March thru today, 9 May, I've gained five & three-fifth pounds (+5.6 lbs., as seen above). Despite my Easter feasting, I still weigh less than I did on 8 March, which at the time was a new low for this iteration of ÖSTERREICH. I'm not trying to excuse my overeating, just to provide some useful perspective on the scale of the recent stumble.

Time travel not being a viable option, what's done is done. There's nothing for it but to get back to work.

Bonus! Lied von ÖSTERREICH
